Why UCL? First of all, it’s a globally respected university. But even more importantly, the interdisciplinary nature of the program stood out to me. I didn’t just want to study financial theory—I wanted to gain hands-on tools in data analysis that are actually used in today’s financial world. UCL offered exactly that.

The application process wasn’t easy. I was already working after my undergraduate degree, and balancing work with university applications was a challenge.
